He is the first African and person from Africa to sit on the ISACA Global Board of Directors [2016 – 2020 terms], ISACA Board Technology Committee[2018 -2020] and to chair its Audit and Risk Committee [2017 – 2019]. He was the Deputy Chair of ISACA Audit and Risk Committee [2016 – 2017] and served as a member of ISACA Finance and Audit & Risk Committee [2019 – 2020]. Tichaona served on the ISACA’s Framework Committee, charged with identifying and supporting activities required to appropriately define, build and maintain a globally applicable and practically usable ISACA enterprise governance and management of IT [GEIT] framework, CGEIT Test Enhancement Sub Committee and ISACA External Advocacy Committee.

He was ISACA South Africa Chapter Board Chair [2016 – 2018], Past Board Chair Director [2018 – 2022], Vice Board Chair [2014 – 2016] and Certifications Director [2012 – 2014].

A renowned Global COBIT Subject Matter Expert, and Advisor, Tichaona is credited for being the first COBIT Certified Assessor in Southern Africa and the 40th world-wide. He has presented and participated in COBIT expert panels at COBIT conferences world-wide. An Accredited COBIT and ISACA Certifications [CISA, CISM, CRISC & CGEIT] Trainer, Tichaona participated and is still involved in the development and review of a number of COBIT publications and ISACA research papers on Big Data, AI, Cloud Computing, BYOD and Outsourced IT Services to mention but a few.

He is an ISACA Hall of Fame – Inducted amongst the first-class of ISACA Hall of Firm inductees. Passionate about everything Digital and Innovation Governance, Tichaona is a 2017 recipient of the prestigious ISACA Harold Weiss Award for Outstanding Achievement for his exceptional dedication and achievement that far exceeds the norm in Digital and Innovation Governance. In 2017, Tichaona was voted the best speaker Africa and Asia Computer Auditing, Cybersecurity and IT Governance ISACA Conferences.

He was National Heritage Council Member of the ARC and Chair of the Risk Management Committee from April 2021 – June 2025. He was Chairman of the IT Governance Committee of the Eastern Cape Province Department of Roads and Public Works [2014 – 2016].

He is currently a member of the IIA Global Guidance Council a Committee charged with advising the strategic direction of The IIA’s guidance, thought leadership content and other content while working with the existing constructs for General Guidance, IT Guidance, Public Sector Guidance and Financial Services Guidance among other inputs. Tichaona is a member of the Council [Board of Directors] of the Vaal University of Technology, a Member of its Audit & Risk Committee [ARC], Governance Committee and Chair of the ICT Governance Committee and an advisor to the South African National Biodiversity Institute.

A natural strategist, Tichaona is married to Ruth Zororo and together they are blessed with 5 children.

Fibion is Associate Director IT Security and Cybersecurity.

He holds a Masters of Commerce in Strategic Management & Corporate Governance and a BSc. Honours Degree in Computer Science. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Manager (CISM), a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and working towards a Certified Internal Auditor Certification.

Fibion has over 7 years of IT Security experience working on projects in 6 different countries in Africa: Zimbabwe, South Africa, Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda and Kenya.

He has gained experience in performing network security infrastructure reviews, attack & penetration testing, technology configuration reviews, information systems review, network architecture design review, web application testing, application controls review, IT security policy review and benchmarking working with various companies in different industries. These include Bank of Kigali, Kenya Commercial Bank and Urwego Bank.

Fibion led teams of Information Risk Management specialists. He also worked for various Telecommunication Companies such as: U-Com Burundi (TelecelGlobe Orascom, TIGO (Millicom) and Airtel Rwanda where he assisted in Revenue Assurance Reviews.

A motivated IT Audit and Security Personnel, Fibion is married to Charity. Together they are blessed with a beautiful baby girl.

Forbes Karinda

Forbes is an avid programmer and IT Security expert who has worked on various Government projects. He is a holder of the BSc (Honours) Degree in Computer Science and working towards his Masters in Computer Science degree with NUST. Forbes is a Certified Ethical Hacker – CEH and a Certified Hacking Forensic Investigator.

Having attended various trainings on E-Government Promotion in Japan (August – December 2013) and Big Data in China (July – September 2014) Forbes has assisted various Government of Zimbabwe departments including the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority – ZIMRA , and the Modernisation Department in the Ministry of Finance to modernize their systems and keep them secure.

Forbes has also assisted in the preparation of the National Cyber Security Policy of Zimbabwe and the development of the National Cyber Security Strategy in line with the National Cyber Security Policy.

Forbes is comfortable with most IT Security Framework platforms including Metasploit Nessus, Cain and Abel , NIST , BackTrack , Samurai Web Testing Framework and HoneyDrive honeypot bundle distro. He has also used The Open Web Application Security Project(OWASP) and OWASP The Open Source Security Testing Methodology Manual (OSSTMM) for various projects .

Forbes is married to Nyasha and is blessed with 2 wonderful sons.

Moonga Mumba

Moonga is the Managing Director of EGIT Zambia Limited. He has over 20 years’ experience, performing ERM implementations, financial audits, internal audit, fraud investigations, IT audits, business process re-engineering, information security, governance and due diligence assignments covering industries that include Financial Institutions, Mining Conglomerates, Manufacturing, Retail Chains and Government Institutions in Zambia, Africa and Europe.

He has served on several business process modernisation committees at the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Lands as an external consultant. Moonga has previously served as Head of Risk for the National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) where he established a robust ERM framework that is currently being used by NAPSA.

He has worked for PWC in The Enterprise Risk Management Consultancy strategic business unit at Senior Consultant level for over 4 years. Prior to NAPSA, he saved as Assistant Director for Internal Audit at Zambia Revenue Authority for over 10 years where he was instrumental in developing and enshrining risk management practices for the Authority.

Moonga is the Immediate Past President of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) Lusaka Chapter, having led its formation in Zambia.

He is the Education and Training Chairperson for the IIA Zambia where he is leading a team of consultants developing Masters and Undergraduate Degree curricula for Internal Auditing in Zambia. The curriculum has extensive specialist content on ERM.

Moonga is a regular presenter on governance, risk, audit and internal control papers at local and the International conferences.

Ruth Zororo

Ruth is Director Operations responsible for EGIT operations, sales and accounting. She is an Early Childhood Development Teacher and a qualified Internal Auditor.

Ruth is married to Tichaona Zororo and together they are blessed with 5 children.

Bernard Wanyama

CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, COBIT 2019 Foundation Certificate

Bernard is Associate Director responsible for Cybersecurity and Digital Governance. He is a seasoned professional in the IT industry with a strong focus on IT service delivery, cybersecurity, information security and systems integration. He has over 18 years of industry experience and has previously held IT service management roles with ABSA and Bank of Africa.

Bernard has worked on projects for clients such as Google, UNICEF, Coca Cola, MTN, Airtel, Fred Hutch Cancer Research, Andela, Kerzner International, Arizona Computer Services and Deloitte in Africa, Europe, North America and the Middle East.

He is an active member of ISACA, serving as the Immediate President of the Kampala Chapter and on ISACA International Volunteer Committees. He is a reviewer of the 8th Edition of the CGEIT Review Manual and a member of the CGEIT Exam Item Development Working Group.

Bernard is a regular speaker at IT conferences on the areas of information security, IT risk and governance, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and site reliability engineering.

Bernard is a seasoned Toastmaster, and he belongs to Ntinda Toastmasters Club. He is married to Diana and together they have four children.
